We develop strategies that help fund managers to build relationships with insurance companies, pension funds, banks, fund-of funds, private banks, high-end wealth managers, foundations, endowments and family offices.

The Direct Fund Marketing («DFM») team assists clients with the practical and administrative requirements associated with marketing investment funds globally. The team is client interactive and has on going communications with institutional investors allocating their assets to alternative investment funds. The DFM practice in Voronezh works collaboratively with the Finles team in the Netherlands and UK and also with other firm’s network to support the work that we perform.

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join the Direct Fund Marketing team which is part of the Finles Capital.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain lead lists and update the CRM database
Prepare documents for meetings and events
Identify and approach prospects (written communications)
Liaise with internal teams to ensure best practices are employed
Follow documented policies and procedures
Assist with onboarding of new clients, documenting agreed processes
Help to create and update factsheets, other marketing materials
Identify, correct and complete registration forms
Develop and maintain working relationships internally and externally
Keep clients updated on the developments
Maintain a spreadsheet for each client outlining number of registrations
File and store all client-related information

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum of two years of relevant financial products or relative sales experience
Advanced English
Experience using a CRM system and internal databases, LinkedIn
Direct sales experience with the ability for networking and relationship-building
A self-starter and an enthusiastic team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Have the ability to work towards and meet deadlines
